We believe you should know exactly what you’re paying for, with no hidden costs or unexpected extras. Our treatment pricing is transparent and reflects the experience, clinical expertise, and personalised support we provide.
ADHD treatment isn’t one size fits all. We offer different options so you can choose support that works for your needs, preferences, and priorities — with guidance from experienced clinicians, not pressure to follow a set pathway.
We focus on helping you understand your options, feel supported in your decisions, and access the right mix of support for you.
How much does ADHD treatment and support cost?
Treatment Package (Ages 16+)
A structured, clinician-led ADHD treatment package delivered entirely online.
This package is designed for people who want a more supported and joined-up approach to treatment, bringing together different types of support based on what you need.
This may include medication (where appropriate), alongside clinical guidance and tailored support to help you manage day-to-day life.
Medication is not the right choice for everyone. Where it is part of your plan, it is carefully prescribed, monitored, and regularly reviewed, with time taken to explain how it works and what to expect.
This includes:
- Clinician-led treatment planning
- Ongoing clinical support and review
- Medication prescribing and monitoring (if appropriate)
- Clear guidance and personalised support

- Advice tailored to your situation
- Practical tools and next steps

Annual Review or Diagnosis Review (Ages 16+)
ADHD reviews are a chance to check in and make sure your support is still working well for you. They are open to anyone aged 16+, whether your diagnosis was through Sort, the NHS, or another provider. Over time, needs can change, and it’s not unusual for things to feel a little different.
If something doesn’t feel quite right — whether that’s how ADHD is affecting your day-to-day life, how you’re managing your diagnosis, or how medication is working — these reviews can help.
Our reviews give you space to talk things through with an experienced clinician, reflect on what’s working, and make thoughtful adjustments if needed. They’re about reassurance, clarity, and keeping your ADHD support aligned with what you need now.

Support is flexible, person-centred, and delivered by qualified, registered therapists. Sessions focus on both emotional wellbeing and practical coping strategies, helping you better understand yourself and develop tools that work in everyday life.
There are no long waiting lists, and you’ll have access to a wide range of experienced practitioners.
As a profitforpurpose organisation like Sort, any surplus is reinvested into wider services — meaning your care also helps support others to access support.
