How the assessment works
Your assessment is a structured clinical interview carried out by an Advanced Clinical Practitioner with years of NHS ADHD experience. It’s not a tick-box exercise — you’ll have time and space to explain your experiences properly.
From pre-assessment forms to your results on the day, your care navigator is with you throughout. We’ll also follow up afterwards to check how you’re doing and talk through next steps.
