Book
Choose a date and time that suits you, whether its face to face or online, that’s your call. Our care navigator will support you throughout the process.

Assessment
One of our team of experienced clinicians (with NHS experience) will carry out your assessment. You won’t be rushed. Where possible, you’ll get your outcome on the day.

Report
You’ll receive a full report explaining your diagnosis, plus a short summary you can share with your GP. You’re always in control of who sees the full report.

Next steps
We’ll talk through your options and share Sort’s ADHD Treatment packages. It’s completely up to you whether you progress with them. We’ll answer any questions and support you throughout.

Online and in-person assessment options
Both options follow exactly the same clinical process. The difference is simply where you are and what feels most comfortable for you.
An online assessment includes:
- Online assessments are available to adults across the UK
- A secure video call with your experienced clinician
- The same thorough, unhurried assessment as in person
An in-person assessment includes:
- A face-to-face appointment at our clinic in Bradford
- The same thorough, unhurried assessment as online
Pricing Overview
We charge a fair, transparent price in line with the market, with no hidden fees. And as a not-for-profit, any surplus is reinvested back into communities in need across Yorkshire.
Both options include a full diagnostic assessment, a written report, and follow-up support from your care navigator.
